Job summary

Campbell's seeks a Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations in Hanover to lead shift operations across processing and packaging, driving continuous improvement while maintaining safe, quality production.

You will develop high-performing teams, monitor productivity, ensure schedule adherence, and collaborate with QA, HR, and maintenance to resolve issues and improve efficiency. 2+ years of supervisory experience and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading hourly production teams and managing daily shift operations.
• Strong understanding of production processes, workforce planning, productivity metrics, and cost controls.
• Ability to analyze operational data and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production associates to ensure efficient utilization of people, equipment, and resources.
• Monitor productivity, efficiencies, labor utilization, waste reduction, overtime, and yields.
• Ensure production schedules and sales orders are executed efficiently.
• Maintain product quality standards and monitor processes for variability.
• Oversee sanitation and safety programs and ensure compliant operations.
• Coordinate with QA, HR, maintenance, and other support functions to resolve issues.
