The Campbell's Company in Hanover, PA is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to join our 1st shift team. You will operate packaging equipment, monitor quality, and support production goals in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Ability to perform machine setups, changeovers, adjustments, and basic maintenance activities.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality and food safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written procedures, production schedules, and safety guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Operate packaging equipment and monitor codes, dates, and pricing.
• Read production schedules and print labels; maintain printers.
• Perform nitrogen testing and other quality checks.
• Calibrate scales and adjust packaging equipment components.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of machines.
