Campbell's Hanover facility is hiring a Packaging Machine Operator to safely run packaging lines, set up and adjust equipment, and ensure product quality. You will read schedules, manage labeling and printers, perform quality tests, and troubleshoot issues to maintain efficient production.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Ability to perform machine setups, changeovers, adjustments, and basic maintenance activities.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality and food safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written procedures, production schedules, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime during the week and on weekends based on production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shift documentation including metal detector checks and batch verifications.
• Read production schedules and monitor labels; manage printers and film tracking.
• Set up and program bag-making equipment; ensure proper codes and dates.
• Perform nitrogen testing and other quality checks; calibrate equipment as needed.
• Operate packaging equipment and manage changeovers between product runs.
• Report equipment issues promptly; coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Uphold safety, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
