Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years supervisory experience or 3+ years operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 3 months of manufacturing experience is acceptable.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with strict safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and priorities for the business unit across all 3 shifts.
• Develop and maintain teamwork plans and budgets.
• Manage direct and indirect labor efficiently.
• Develop Team Leaders and other supervisors; coach staff.
• Deliver training and coaching to front-line leaders.
• Maintain the safety system within the area and drive compliance.
• Lead daily management systems and standard operating procedures.
• Communicate results and needs to senior management.
• Foster positive employee relations and organizational leadership.
• Track KPI results and compare to plan and budget.
• Participate in strategic planning, budgeting and capital forecasting.
• Build cross-functional relationships with plant and WHQ teams.
