Job summary

Integer Holdings in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Manufacturing Leader to provide strategic direction for production Supervisors and teams across assigned product lines, ensuring safe, on-time, quality manufacturing and steady improvement.

You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate with R&D and Product Development, and model the company's values while delivering KPI targets and supporting site goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience implementing Manufacturing Excellence and Lean practices.
• Ability to manage multiple supervisors and teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Supervisors and teams to meet KPI targets.
• Own and optimize production lines, ensure quality and safety.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Development for new launches.
• Represent Operations in site leadership and planning meetings.
• Monitor daily and long-term performance against the production plan.
