Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing and hiring first-line and mid-level managers.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor managers to deliver excellence to customers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire Assistant Manufacturing Managers, Line Managers, and MIT’s.
• Coach and mentor Assistant Manufacturing Managers, Line Managers, and MIT’s to deliver excellence to every internal and external customer.
• Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
• Coordinate activities of large teams and keep them focused in times of crises.
• Communicate criteria to recruiters and train staff on interview processes.
