Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing engineering in electronics, with 3–5 years in leadership.

• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Develop and maintain robust electronics manufacturing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement via lean, Six Sigma, and other methods.
• Collaborate with R&D, Design, Supply Chain, and Quality for NPI.
