Job summary

Product Society seeks an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day manufacturing facility operations, including Production, Compounding, Pre-Weigh, Facilities & Maintenance, Shipping & Receiving, and supporting teams. You will drive safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery while developing staff and building accountable processes.

Qualifications

5+ years leading manufacturing or operations teams in a batch/process environment.
Experience across production, packaging, maintenance, and shipping operations.
Strong safety, quality, and continuous-improvement mindset.
Proven ability to implement processes, reduce downtime, and coach staff.

Responsibilities

Own daily manufacturing operations and ensure schedules are executed safely and on time.
Oversee production from pre-weigh and compounding through filling, packaging, and finished goods.
Ensure materials, equipment, staffing, and information meet the schedule.
Monitor performance, downtime, labor utilization, throughput, and adherence to plan.
Identify bottlenecks and drive capacity, efficiency, and flow improvements.
Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline employees.
Maintain a safe, clean, compliant, and efficient manufacturing environment.
