Qualifications

• Technical degree and 3-5 years manufacturing experience.
• Proven problem-solving using Lean and/or Six Sigma tools.
• Experience with ERP systems for planning and job management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead all manufacturing areas and provide direction to shift teams.
• Optimize production sequencing and resource allocation to achieve 95% OTD.
• Drive 5S, equipment maintenance, safety, and employee training.
• Manage MRB and inventory levels with continuous improvement.
• Start up/shutdown of the plant and serve as Facilities Manager backup.
• Coach, train, and discipline employees.
