You will manage supply chain, capacity, budgets, and metrics to deliver on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of developing teams and implementing Kaizen and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of related experience in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and promote best practices and optimum utilization of resources; devise standard operating practices and develop plans for efficient use of materials, machines, capital and employees.
• Provide the manufacturing site sectors operations leadership, resulting in effective implementation of vision, strategy, quality, OTD, revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Develop, lead, and motivate the manufacturing operations team; establish succession plans and strengthen leadership capability.
• Ensure budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements and drive continuous improvements.
