Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization, especially executive management.

Responsibilities

• Execute Plexus’ Best People strategy by evaluating potential and enabling development.
• Lead quality excellence; partner with leads to meet manufacturing standards.
• Guide engineers to address customer feedback and CAPAs, and track quality metrics.
• Provide technical leadership to site operations on the quality roadmap.
• Lead quality improvements using CAPAs and audits.
