Qualifications

• Student working towards a Bachelor’s degree for the entire duration of internship.
• Knowledge of lean and six sigma concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of production schedules based on forecasts and commitments.
• Utilize factory resource reviews to assure sufficient resources exist to meet objectives.
• Ensure product and process quality meets standards.
• Drive production KPIs in the assigned area.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles.
• Communicate with production staff to ensure goals are met.
• Lead teams with a focus on development.
