Qualifications

• Must have leadership, direction and guidance to Operational Unit management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proven ability to develop talent and drive succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations team and motivate staff.
• Oversee implementation of customer and operational strategies to meet quality, delivery and profitability goals.
• Manage site operational metrics and drive improvements for Plexus System of Operational Excellence.
• Maintain customer relationships and serve as escalation path with Customer Management for P&L and growth.
• Implement programs to improve labor efficiency and on-time delivery, aligning with corporate requirements.
