Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Ability to lead, direct and guide a manufacturing operations team.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; leadership and organizational abilities.

• Oversee implementation of customer and operational strategies to meet quality, delivery, and profitability goals.
