Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related production or supervision experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign work to meet daily department needs and quality targets.
• Conduct people leader activities including time off, appraisals, coaching.
• Communicate daily schedules and goals across shifts.
• Ensure training to assembly build instructions and compliance.
• Support safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency improvements.
