Required: a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in PCB assembly/lean manufacturing, IPC standards, and leadership experience. Travel none; EOE; accommodations available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of related experience preferred.
• Technical expertise in PCB Assembly, SMT, RoHS, Lean, IPC Standards, and Quality Systems.
• Leadership experience and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute Production Schedules and lead manufacturing team to meet KPIs (OTD, yield, productivity).
• Plan and manage resources; develop multi-level, results-focused teams.
• Ensure compliance to customer requirements and Plexus standards; drive RCCA for defects.
