Job summary

Qualifications

• HR Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing/repair environment similar to Assurant facilities.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in warehouse/shipping/receiving or related environment required.
• Ability to identify process and workflow improvements.
• Direct supervision and coaching experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of company personnel and external partners.
• High energy professional, goal-oriented, and results-focused.
• May work across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work schedules and assign tasks for the team.
• Coordinate flow of work and assigned projects to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee performance and monitor training of new staff.
• Develop and implement process improvements and model introductions.
• Create and use reports to track product flow and task completion rates.
• Liaise between teams, shifts, and departments with vendors/customers.
• Maintain inventory levels and safe, organized work environment.
• Review performance metrics and drive engagement across the area.
