Job summary

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair robotics, vision systems, conveyors, and PLC-controlled equipment onsite with a Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM schedule. Qualifications

• 4+ years in industrial maintenance with automation experience.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Experience with CMMS platforms such as eMaint.
• Knowledge of robotics, PLCs, vision systems, sensors, and motors.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair automated systems incl. KUKA robots, Cognex vision systems, conveyors, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Serve as primary escalation resource for advanced equipment and automation issues.
• Mentor and train Maintenance Technicians on troubleshooting, safety, and procedures.
