Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher with 6+ years of relevant experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Experience supervising employees across multiple functions.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and cost control in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% and relocate if required.
• Six Sigma or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production in a multi-shift manufacturing setting.
• Provide direct leadership to frontline supervisors and staff.
• Oversee master production schedule and capacity planning.
• Develop strategies to meet product line objectives and safety goals.
