Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency. You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, HR, and IT to drive Lean, 6S, TOC, and problem-solving across the plant.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to develop teams, manage budgets, and improve processes continuously in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering field with strong operations exposure.
• 10+ years in manufacturing/plant management roles preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma, and TOC experience with proven results.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, and delivery targets.
• Ensure adherence to process controls, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Develop long- and short-term improvements across plant functions.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and cost controls to optimize throughput.
