DPI, Inc. in Hatboro, PA, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to connect our business office, purchasing, production planning, and shipping activities.

This hands-on, individual-contributor role requires strong organization and attention to detail and offers training where needed. The position is full-time, on-site in Hatboro, focusing on coordinating across departments, maintaining records, and ensuring customer and production requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in purchasing, buyer/planner roles, materials management, production planning, accounting, manufacturing administration, or operations coordination is valuable but not required.
• DPI is open to training the right candidate who demonstrates strong organization, sound judgment, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and light accounting duties.
• Enter customer orders and create jobs and travelers in JobBOSS.
• Ensure required drawings, programs, and manufacturing information are available in CIMCO.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on materials, outside processing, supplier commitments, and certifications.
• Maintain hot lists and monthly production and shipping lists.
• Track high-level production requirements, priorities, and customer need dates.
• Coordinate weekly shipment requirements with Shipping/Receiving.
• Eventually prepare shipping paperwork and process JobBOSS shipment records.
• Support the General Manager with production-schedule visibility and follow-up.
