Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing, construction, or production operations preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills required; experience with shop software advantageous.
• Willingness to work hands-on in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Production Documentation: Maintain accurate job records, production paperwork, and relevant certificates.
• Shipping Coordination: Prepare Bills of Lading and shipping documentation for orders.
• Data Management: Enter and maintain production, job, and shipping information in internal systems.
• Shop Operations: Coordinate documentation and resolve discrepancies with production personnel.
• Customer Service: Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person regarding documentation and orders.
• Administrative Support: Organize records and provide general office support to shop leadership.
