Job summary

Pacific Coast Manufacturing (PCM) is seeking an Operations Coordinator to own the day-to-day plant processes, from parts and consumables ordering to inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, and general operational support. This hands-on, generalist role sits at the center of PCM’s operations.

You’ll monitor stock levels, reconcile counts, and work with the warehouse team to ensure material movement matches system records.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in plant operations, inventory/counting, or similar manufacturing support.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems; Fishbowl helpful but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own ordering and stock levels for plant hardware and consumables.
• Establish reorder points and inventory buffers to prevent production delays.
• Monitor usage and identify potential shortages before they become problems.
• Ensure outbound shipments and inbound receipts are accurately processed and recorded.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to plant leadership and the floor team.
