Sheridan Minnesota is seeking an Manufacturing Operating Technician - Bindery with on-the-job training. You’ll learn to run high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to producing books, catalogs and printed materials on a fast-paced, team-driven floor.

No bindery experience is required as training is provided; candidates should be reliable, quality-focused and ready to grow with the team at Sheridan Minnesota.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing or related industries preferred.
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).

We’re hiring 3 team members ready to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in print manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

• Learn to set up, run, and maintain all sections of the Machine.


• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to machine and auxiliary equipment.


• Learn to interpret the information on work instructions and accurately record production data.


• Exercise initiative, ask questions and look for ways of improving productivity.

Physical & Work Environment

• On your feet for most of the shift.

• Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
