Job summary

Sheridan Ohio is hiring a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery on day shift 7a–7p. You’ll train on high‑speed bindery equipment to help produce books, catalogs and printed materials. No bindery experience is required—we’ll train you.

You’ll operate and set up machines, monitor quality, and work with a team to hit daily production goals while keeping safety a priority. We offer full‑time employment with comprehensive benefits after 30 days, overtime opportunities, and referral bonuses as you grow in

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry is a plus.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Ability to read job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Pride in delivering quality work and reliability in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Keep Binder running smoothly by adjustments and quality checks.
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:

No bindery experience? No problem—we'll train you.

We're looking for people who:

• Have experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Take pride in doing quality work.
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

It's a Plus if You Have:

• Print, bindery, or finishing experience.
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment.

Physical & Work Environment:

• On your feet for most of the shift.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented production floor.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
