Job summary

Sheridan in Brainerd, MN is hiring a Manufacturing Operator for Case In Bindery on 2nd or 3rd shift. We’ll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to production goals.

You’ll work in a hands-on role with safety standards, quality checks, and team collaboration. No prior bindery experience required; a HS diploma or GED is expected, with opportunities for growth and skill development.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you.
We’re looking for people who:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have a High School Diploma, or GED.
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Print, bindery, or finishing experience
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and the physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.

• Safety toe shoes and hearing protection required.
• On your feet for most of the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50lbs.
