You will serve as the primary resource during the first 90 days, coordinate with plant leadership and support teams, gather feedback, and help new hires acclimate while ensuring issues are communicated and resolved promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Training, or a related field.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
• Conduct regular check-ins with newly hired employees throughout their first 90 days of employment.
• Gather feedback regarding onboarding, training, workplace experience, and overall assimilation into the organization.
• Evaluate retention and understanding of orientation and onboarding materials through employee discussions and follow-up activities.
• Develop and maintain tracking systems to document employee feedback, concerns, questions, and support requests.
• Coordinate with department leaders and support teams to ensure timely resolution of employee concerns and action items.
• Monitor trends related to employee engagement, onboarding effectiveness, and retention.
