Job summary

Pilgrim’s Onboarding Coordinator role focuses on welcoming and integrating new employees from Orientation through the first 60 days on the Production floor. The position supports a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential to ensure a smooth transition for new team members.

The role requires coordinating training, maintaining materials, and working with HR to track compliance while fostering positive relationships across trainers, supervisors, and benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding or training programs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional communication with employees and teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer, track, and evaluate onboarding training in compliance with program guidelines.
• Supervise new hires during training and advise on training needs.
• Develop positive working relationships with new hires, peers, leaders and clients.
• Meet with trainers, HR, and Benefits coordinators to review materials.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions.
• Organize training venues, logistics, and equipment.
• Participate on HR & company committees.
• Help track compliance and results of orientation.
• Assist HR with yearly training of all employees.
• All other duties as assigned.
