Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience, internships count.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and data interpretation.
• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets.
• Willingness to relocate and travel 10–25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead ownership of process engineering, optimizing losses and quality.
• Drive packaging line improvements and 3D modeling applications.
• Oversee automation, control systems, and facility upgrades.
• Manage capital projects from concept to handoff ($2M+).
• Coach teams and promote HS&E and quality standards.
