Procter & Gamble is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead technical teams across control systems, mechanical design, and manufacturing process development. You will drive innovations from R&D to scalable production, and spearhead automation initiatives in a dynamic center or plant environment.

You will guide complex projects, mentor engineers, and apply data analytics to optimize performance while ensuring HSE and quality standards across sites.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related discipline.
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research experience).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause identification.
• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets.
• Willingness to relocate and travel 10-25%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and implementation of control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0, and AI/ML solutions.
• Lead all phases of mechanical process/equipment development and prototyping.
• Translate R&D innovations into scalable manufacturing processes and optimize production lines.
• Drive packaging material validation and set technical specs.
• Lead instrumentation, metrology, and robotics integration for manufacturing tasks.
• Oversee environmental, civil engineering initiatives and site infrastructure.
• Build long-term technical capability and adopt advanced digital solutions.
