Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Site Maintenance and Reliability Leader for a food manufacturing plant in the Fargo, ND area. You will manage maintenance programs, champion reliability improvements, and drive cost-effective, compliant operations across asset lifecycles.

You will lead a team of professionals, collaborate with operations, and implement best practices to minimize downtime and improve environmental health and safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively within multiple levels of the organization.
• Working knowledge of local and regional safety, health and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair processes for optimal asset use.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Develop long-term reliability plans and manage maintenance costs.
• Support capital planning and ensure knowledge transfer to project teams.
• Coach and develop a team of professionals and supervisors.
• Ensure staff actions align with safety and regulatory standards.
