Job summary

Bake’n Joy Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Manager in North Andover, MA to lead the maintenance and reliability strategy for a mid-sized bakery operation.

You will build and develop a skilled maintenance team, implement a robust reliability program, and drive continuous improvement to safety, quality, and throughput. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in engineering, 7+ years in manufacturing maintenance, 3+ years in management, and experience with CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive maintenance experience in manufacturing; 3+ years in a management role.
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability-centered maintenance program.
• Oversee RCA and FMEA to reduce downtime.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance strategies balancing reliability, cost and efficiency.
• Develop and mentor maintenance and reliability team.
• Direct CMMS data management and KPI tracking.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and maintenance budget.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and engineering.
