Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively within multiple levels of the organization to influence and build and maintain collaborative working partnerships.
• Working knowledge of local and regional safety, health and environmental regulations.
• Minimum of five years of related work experience in a food manufacturing plant.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing plant.
• Preferred: CMRP certification and formal training in predictive maintenance technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance of assets to maximize reliability and availability while reducing costs.
• Implement, deploy and oversee maintenance and repair processes with best practices for efficient use of resources.
• Lead continuous improvement by identifying gaps and reducing risk to personnel and operations.
• Develop and monitor a performance system focusing on asset reliability, failure identification and elimination.
• Contribute to capital planning and ensure resources and knowledge are shared with project teams.
• Coach and develop a team of professionals and supervisors; participate in talent management decisions.
