Job summary

W3Global is seeking an organized Maintenance Planner for a Bay Shore, NY manufacturing facility. You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, manage work orders, and ensure parts availability to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.

The role requires 3-5 years in maintenance planning, CMMS experience, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning or related manufacturing roles.
• Experience using CMMS for scheduling and work order management.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and industrial equipment systems.
• Experience with maintenance inventory and scheduling preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Supervisors, Production, and Operations.
• Manage work orders, equipment records, and PM schedules in the CMMS.
• Ensure parts, tools, materials, and outside services are available before maintenance.
• Oversee tool crib operations and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate outside contractors, repairs, and service appointments.
• Monitor maintenance performance metrics, downtime, and outstanding work orders.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure maintenance activities follow safety procedures and standards.
