Job summary

W3Global is seeking an organized Maintenance Planner for a Bay Shore, NY manufacturing facility. You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, manage work orders, and ensure parts availability to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.

The role requires 3-5 years in maintenance planning, CMMS experience, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning or related manufacturing roles.
• Experience using CMMS for scheduling and work order management.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and industrial equipment systems.
• Experience with maintenance inventory and scheduling preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

This individual will manage maintenance schedules, work orders, parts inventory, and contractor services to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Maintenance Supervisors, Production, and Operations.
• Manage work orders, equipment records, and preventive maintenance schedules within the CMMS.
• Ensure parts, tools, materials, and outside services are available before scheduled maintenance.
• Oversee tool crib operations, inventory accuracy, and maintenance supplies.
• Coordinate outside contractors, equipment vendors, repairs, and service appointments.
