Zusammenfassung

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner/Scheduler for our Waterloo, IA manufacturing facility. This role focuses on planning preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating maintenance activities with trades, and ensuring parts and tools are available for each job.

You will manage work orders, monitor inventory (MRO and spare parts), and support equipment reliability and uptime across the plant.

Qualifikationen

• Experience planning/scheduling maintenance in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proven ability to manage preventive maintenance and work orders.
• Hands-on CMMS experience and inventory control.
• MRO/spare parts inventory management and procurement coordination.
• Coordination with vendors and production for parts and equipment.
• Strong communication, organization and computer skills.
• Onsite only; comfortable in a shop-floor environment.
• Must be able to stand and walk in a factory setting for long periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Prioritize maintenance requests and coordinate work with skilled trades and maintenance technicians.
• Manage and track maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate parts, tools, drawings, and equipment required for maintenance jobs.
• Source spare/repair parts, obtain quotes, and support purchase-order activities.
• Monitor MRO and spare-parts inventory.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and reports.
• Support equipment reliability, machine uptime, and facility maintenance initiatives.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, production, and vendor teams.

Preferred Experience:

• Maintenance planning/scheduling in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Preventive maintenance and work-order management.
• CMMS experience.
• MRO/spare-parts inventory.
• Parts purchasing and vendor coordination.
• Production or facility equipment maintenance knowledge.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Onsite only (no remote)
• Business casual dress code
• Will need metatarsal safety boots for first day
• This is a shop floor position so candidates must be comfortable in this environment
• ~80% time spent on feet within the factory.
