VIVA USA Inc is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support manufacturing operations onsite in a factory environment. You will partner with maintenance, production, engineering, procurement, and storeroom teams to plan, schedule, dispatch, and close work orders, ensuring asset reliability and uptime.
Responsibilities include CMMS data integrity, spare parts management, and procurement support, with a focus on continuous improvement and reliable maintenance execution in a fast-paced setting.
Fully onsite; candidate must be comfortable with factory environment and occasional intra-facility travel 1st shift (7 am to 3:30 pm)
As a Maintenance Planner at client site, you will provide critical planning, scheduling, and work management support for manufacturing operations by partnering with maintenance, production, engineering, and skilled trades teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient asset performance. This role is responsible for managing the maintenance work management process, including ingestion, case management, work order creation, planning, scheduling, dispatching, and closure activities.
You will maintain the integrity of maintenance data within the CMMS system, ensuring accurate documentation. The position also supports spare parts management activities, including new inventory creation along with support activities for current stock. Additionally, you will support maintenance procurement activities through parts sourcing, purchase requisition creation, purchase order tracking, vendor coordination, and material readiness for planned work. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while supporting maintenance execution, reliability improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
