Job summary

Keel is seeking a Liaison Engineer to bridge design engineering, manufacturing operations, and suppliers. You’ll ensure engineering intent becomes manufacturable, maintain quality and flow, and support compliance on the shop floor.

You will lead on-the-floor troubleshooting, drive DFMs, and manage non-conformances while collaborating with design and supplier teams to optimize production performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and quick response to technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical bridge between design engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.
• Translate engineering intent into manufacturable shop-floor solutions while ensuring quality, flow, and compliance.
• Provide on-the-floor troubleshooting and drive design-for-manufacturability improvements.
