Job summary

Keel is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support product design, steel processing, fabrication and assembly. You will create manufacturing documentation, assist with work packages, and help ensure manufacturing requirements align with design intent.

You will collaborate with engineering, production, quality and project teams to apply manufacturing engineering principles, drive process improvements, and support safe, efficient operations across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial) or related field.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Basic experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
• Basic experience with AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Assist in manufacturing engineering activities supporting product design, steel processing, fabrication and assembly.
• Develop manufacturing documentation and work packages.
• Support production processes and ensure manufacturing requirements align with design intent.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality and project teams to apply manufacturing engineering principles and drive improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements, contribute to safety and efficiency initiatives.
