Zusammenfassung

Keel seeks a Liaison Engineer to bridge design engineering, manufacturing operations and external suppliers. You will ensure engineering intent becomes manufacturable, maintain quality and flow, and manage non-conformances to sustain production.

You will drive DFMarissues on the shop floor, provide real-time support, and collaborate on automation and robotics initiatives to optimize throughput.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and shop floor support.
• Proficiency in engineering drawings, GD&T and technical specs.
• Strong problem-solving and quick response to technical issues.
• Experience with MRB, ECR processes or design change workflows is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across engineering, production and supplier teams.
• Experience with automation systems, robotics or system integrations is beneficial.

• Serve as the technical bridge between design, manufacturing and suppliers.
• Translate engineering intent into manufacturable shop floor solutions.
• Provide on-the-floor troubleshooting to prevent line stoppages.
• Drive design-for-manufacturability improvements and manage non-conformances.
• Support MRB and ECR processes and handle design changes.
• Collaborate with vendors on material deviations and integrations.
