Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of learning and development practices and instructional methods.

• Lead training function and partner with site leadership to identify learning needs.
• Develop and implement training standards and KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive improvement.
• Maintain current, accurate training materials and resources for operational needs.
