Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator in Anaheim, CA. You will support Lean manufacturing and CI activities, engaging employees to share best practices and sustain improvements.

Responsibilities include data analysis, problem solving, standard work, visual management, and audits to ensure standards are met. A High School diploma is required, with Lean/Six Sigma preferred and 1 year of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification and 5 Why's problem solving preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience in Quality Control/Assurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and sustainment of CI projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity improvements.
• Assist with data collection and analysis, problem-solving activities, standard work, visual management, and Lean improvement projects.
• Plan, perform, monitor, and follow up on process improvement activities to ensure compliance with established standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the implementation and sustainment of Shop Floor Management (SFM) processes, including visual management systems, KPI boards, action tracking, and daily accountability routines.
• Conduct routine audits to verify adherence to standardized work, 6S practices, and operational procedures.
