Responsibilities

• Lead SQDC-focused improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Identify, prioritize and execute process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and A3, DMAIC, 8D.
• Analyze production data, scrap and yield to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering to improve capability and reduce defects.
• Facilitate root-cause investigations and ensure permanent corrective actions.
