Weyerhaeuser Idabel lumber mill in Oklahoma seeks a Leadership Development Professional (LDP), an entry-level, full-time position with a 12-month rotation through mill operations. You will work under mentors to grow leadership skills and learn manufacturing processes through hands-on projects.

The role offers structured development, relocation potential, and a clear path to leadership roles across locations, with strong emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or progress toward one by Summer 2027 in Business, Engineering, Forestry or related field.
• Strong safety culture and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop safety leadership skills and lead by example.
• Complete a structured 12-month rotation through mill operations.
• Engage in projects to improve reliability and processes.
• Gain exposure to Timberlands, Raw Materials, Sales and Finance.
• Develop Front Line Leader skills and collaborative teaming.
• Relocate if needed for opportunities and growth.
