Job summary

Om Produce invites high-potential professionals to join its Leadership Development Program (LDP) in Irving, TX. This 12-18 month, paid, rotation-based track exposes you to warehouse operations, transportation, safety, sales, procurement, and leadership while building readiness for future operations leadership.

Upon completion, placements across facilities or new locations are possible, with relocation supported as business needs require. This hands-on program emphasizes accountability and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred, but equivalent hands-on leadership experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Complete initial training at Irving, TX facility and participate in cross-functional rotations across warehouse, transportation, safety, sales, procurement, and leadership.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and performance development as part of the leadership track.
• Relocation may be required to support operations at different sites or new locations based on business needs.
