Job summary

Weyerhaeuser's Senior Development Program (SDP) is a 12–18 month rotational experience designed to accelerate readiness for department level and site level leadership roles. Participants will gain exposure to safety and reliability processes in a wood products manufacturing environment, developing strategic site initiatives and building knowledge of our manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years working experience with 4-5 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, engineering, forestry or related discipline.
• Proven track record of leading teams, managing change, and delivering results.
• Ability to implement and drive operational and strategic initiatives.
• Must be willing to travel and relocate for high-priority assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects that drive innovation, operational excellence, and cultural transformation.
• Partner with site leadership to identify and implement strategic priorities.
• Participate in regional and business level forums and present outcomes to business leaders.
• Develop and execute an individual development plan aligned with business level and site level goals.
• Build people leadership skills.
