About the Program

The Senior Development Program (SDP) is a high-impact, 12–18 month rotational experience designed to accelerate readiness for department level and site level leadership roles. Participants will gain exposure to leading safety and reliability processes in a wood products manufacturing environment, developing and implementing strategic site level initiatives, and build knowledge and skills related to our manufacturing processes.

What We Offer:

• Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $90,200-$135,500 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
