Weyerhaeuser seeks a recent graduate for an entry-level Leadership Development Professional position at the Arcadia OSB mill in Simsboro, LA. The role offers a structured 12-month development plan with hands-on learning, operational rotations, and completed site projects.

You will work under mentors to grow leadership and business understanding of manufacturing processes while rotating through key functions and improving production outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering field or similar required.
• Eagerness to learn wood products production processes regardless of experience.
• Working knowledge of quality control, statistics, and optimization concepts.
• Able to communicate issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative team player with initiative and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel within the US.

Responsibilities

• Work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Identify and implement improvement initiatives.
• Perform mill-wide studies/trials.
• Assist in development of standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve quality and production issues.
