Job summary
Weyerhaeuser is seeking recent college graduates for a full-time Leadership Development Professional (LDP) position at the Elkin OSB mill in Elkin, North Carolina. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Wood Science, Engineering or related field, or on track to complete by June 2027.
- Willing to relocate to support next role assignments.
- Willing to travel within the US for rotations and assignments.
- Strong communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative team player with initiative and adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Work safely in a manufacturing environment.
- Identify and implement improvement initiatives mill-wide.
- Perform mill-wide studies/trials and SOP development support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve quality and production issues.
- Train employees on structured problem solving.
- Maintain calibration of process equipment to meet standards.
