Job summary

Axon LLC in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee the full manufacturing lifecycle from quoting to final commissioning. You will manage safety, capacity planning, scheduling, and quality while driving continuous improvement and a performance culture.

Responsibilities include leading daily production, lean initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to meet delivery targets and cost goals. Strong leadership and engineering understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ experience in manufacturing operations or related fields.
• Engineering understanding of machined and fabricated parts and electromechanical assembly.
• Ability to manage production priorities and lead a team of 30+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and plant activities.
• Lead lean manufacturing process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies.
• Maintain safety protocols and compliance standards across the plant.
• Manage recruitment, training, and development of production staff.
